Nature Play Program
Nature Play Program
Research shows that time spent outdoors in nature-based environments supports children’s cognitive growth, social development, and emotional wellbeing. We see this every day as children explore, imagine, and discover the world around them through play.
As early childhood educators, we know that nature offers endless opportunities for learning — from sensory-rich experiences to activities that challenge both the body and mind.
That’s why our Nature Play program encourages children to spend plenty of time outdoors with their friends and educators, whether it’s in our own beautiful outdoor spaces or at our local parks.
Even our youngest children get to join in the adventure! With our four-seater prams, we can safely take babies and toddlers out to explore the local environment, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and independence.
These outings are generally unstructured and child-led experiences allowing children to make choices, express their emotions, and develop important life skills like resilience, self-esteem, and decision-making, all while being supported by their trusted educators.
